1. Health, Wellbeing and Mind 'Fulness' - Building Resilience (1 Day)
"To gain self awareness of our stress response and triggers, with techniques and understanding of how we can better manage our emotions"

2. Compassionate Mindful Resilience (8 hrs total)
(4 sessions of 2 hrs duration)
An internationally accredited Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) programme which teaches engaging, accessible, effective, evidence-based practices, skills and techniques to develop resilience and enhance wellbeing using mindfulness and compassion.
Course Structure : In each session we will explore mindfulness and compassion through a compassionate body scan, affectionate breathing and compassionate mindful movement. We will also explore emotional intelligence and how to build resilience through a variety of discussions and activities.
